You know, preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons and have the military force option in you back pocket to back it up would be a worthwhile thing.
Unfortunately, the US has squandered all of its political capital, good will, and diplomatic leverage on the toothless hasbeen next door. The US military is stretched too thin to be a credible threat to Iran.
Now, thanks to a Danish newspaper, the EU has lost much of its influence in the middle east as well.
